We, a group of young European ophthalmologists, would like to ask you to participate in a survey led by Dr. Nina Berrocal, which focuses on the issues of motherhood, fertility, and professional development for women in ophthalmology.
The aim of the study is to better understand the challenges women in our field face and thus contribute to further improvements in working conditions and professional growth.
